In a nutshell, water is good for your brain. Add that to the list of watery goodness.
Just one little note: water doesn't just come in a glass. To quote the Globe:
Increase your water intake by eating more soup, fresh fruits and vegetables.Drink up and eat up your water, friends!
I remember reading an article I think in Cooking Light talking about water in food. You never really think of that!

ReplyDeleteHi Wendy. I have to say that I'm always concerned when weight loss bloggers say they are trying to drink more water - and in many cases actually forcing themselves to do so. Continuing to drink when you don't feel like it and don't even want it is actually very dangerous.
