I still want to try the banana soft serve ice cream. You take frozen bananas and put them in the food processor and you process and scrape down the sides for almost 5 minutes and the result is something that tastes like ice cream but is made with bananas only :)
I peel the ripe bananas and then freeze them in a flat container. They are great in smoothies, and you can blend them into a soft serve. You can freeze them on a stick and dip them in melted carob for a healthy treat.
Hi Wendy. Most people freeze them unpeeled. Saves that difficulty.

Frozen bananas are really yummy with a some vanilla yogurt & a little spoonful of low-fat granola.

I love frozen bananas too but they are hard to peel. There's got to be a better way!! Have a fabulous weekend!
