    I agree that "healthy and fit" is a more positive message, but I also believe that if we are healthy and fit, obesity won't exist. Lastly, I wonder what her BMI is!

    LOVE THIS!!! What we focus on expands. So, where do we want our focus?? Obesity? It's been there for years... adn the problem is getting worse. Yes, let's focus on being Healthy and Fit! :) I want that to expand. :)
