I...I used to do 2 hours of exercise, 6 days a week. I looked great but the burn out was a bummer.<br />Now I walk for enjoyment and I started Geocaching which means a lot of hiking. I'm flabby and need to get my weights out but the burn out is still with me and I just don't wanna!<br />I've always been extreme. I eat till I'm stuffed, I diet till I'm starving, I exercise till I cant move..<br />I'm learning moderation is the key. I might not hit my goal weight as fast as I'd like to but it will happen and maybe my new habits will stick with me better then my extreme habits did.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
